Like The Start Of A New School Year
Today, I went to school, like on any normal weekday. Except, this time, I was in a completely different classroom, filled with completely different people. It’s like the start of the school year all over again. There were two huge differences though – the excitement and the confusion.
I had said a few days ago that I was transferring to a different class. Not just any class – this was the class that I’ve wanted to be a part of since this school year began. I was in an extremely good mood the entire day because of that, so I can sincerely say that I was actually excited to go to school today – that barely ever happens to anyone.
Too bad that, no matter how amazing the class is, there will always be a bad side to changing sections. I had to deal with new teachers, new schedules and new lessons (that teachers expected me to understand though my old teachers never got to explaining them). Some teachers even insisted on the usual first-day introductions (ugh).
After a few days or weeks, all that won’t matter anymore anyway. Today was awesome though, even with all of that confusion.
Despite my good mood, I don’t exactly feel like writing, so I’m sorry if this post was written a little weirdly. I’ll probably edit it a bit later.
I loveeeeeee the new layout. :D Its sooo awesome!!!
I hate having new teachers!! It’s just weird for me because i hate being the new kid again. Lots of teachers cannot pronounce my name so it’s soo annoying when they try and fail lol.

I discovered that whenever a maid comes in to clean the room, she puts new shampoo and soaps in the bathroom.
Same here. People-watching helps ease the boredom, but then it gets weird when they start staring back at me.
Thanks. My mom had surgery on her left eye, so now she can see better. She’ll have a surgery on her right eye in about two weeks.
The only thing that needs fixing is the alignment of my jaws, and my small overbite. I’m supposed to have my braces off in December.

Sometimes accidents can look so good. :)
Yeah, I liked my last layout better, too, but I’ve always wanted to try out a layout that had a lot of CSS. xD

Aw at least you’re in a good mood and you’re in the class you wish. I remember in high school, feeling like I took the wrong class, and wanting to change. I’ve not really been in the same position you’re in. I’m sure you’ll become completely used to it, though!
There is always a bad side to most things, but you can overcome and deal with that. :)
You’re welcome! Ahhaa I find that if I load images on the internet that are too big, the image just stops loading and my browser slows down. On a good day it wouldn’t be like that.
OH I see, well it definitely does look like denim. I didn’t notice but I think the text is much better. :)
I think I said swinging potato sack because at work, there is this level of work (I work in an education centre) where one of the stories mentions one… hahaa.
I love singing and did go to lessons but I wasn’t that great; I admire those who are dedicated. :)
Aha maybe mood swings are for the better of us, and to make life a little more interesting. ;D

This is a pretty layout! :)
That’s great you are in a good mood, usually when I go to school, I’m not haha. :)
Now school is over for the summer for me, so when it feels like it will be the start of a new year, it actually will be!

I haven’t done a review since 2009, so I think I’m less strict when it comes to rating now. :p
That’s what I thought, too. But I risked it anyway. I think it would have been better if I just used stencils and spray paint.
I never listened to old school rock until a couple years ago. Talk about lateness, heh. My favorite Bon Jovi is Wanted Dead Or Alive.

It’s a little…bothering. I stare at someone, then they catch my eye and stare back, having a “what are you looking at” look on their face.
I’m in Phase Two right now. I did Phase One when I was 10…which was weird because not all of my baby teeth were out back then.

First of all, smashing new layout you have up! It looks great. :-)
&& What class did you switch into? It’s always nice to start fresh in a new class to help keep yourself motivated. That’s one of the reasons I love college, lol. I don’t have to be stuck with the same people, teacher, and subject all year.
Anyways, I hope it continues to be exciting =DComment by Karla • June 30, 2010 • 3:16 pm
I’m not really religious either, and for some time I wasn’t even close to God and didn’t even see the point in having a religion. I was brought up as a Catholic but things changed and I lost faith. I don’t know, I’m still unsure now though.
As for mass, I feel the same. I don’t see a point in going to mass and I feel like it’s a waste of time when praying and reading the Bible can be done in your own time. :/
My mum and I have always had issues, and I think it’s just always been tough. :( I’m just trying to forget and put it all behind me now, though.
To be honest I don’t believe everything happens for a reason; I found a lot of my own questions unanswered and wondering why certain things were made to happen. I know I might have to give it time but I’ve honestly never believed in that saying.
Well at least you’re not the only one feeling that way. :)
