Going, Going, Gone

School is only 2 weeks away, and summer vacation is nearing a close. Vacation has so generously given me so many things, and once school’s in the picture, all those things are going to be taken away from me, just like that.

I’m going to miss sleeping ’til noon. I don’t think I’ve eaten breakfast at all this vacation, but I’m going to have to soon enough.

I’m going to miss watching Rugrats with my brother every 1AM before we go to sleep.

I’m going to miss literal midnight snacks. We always eat before sleeping, but we’re usually asleep before 12 when there’s school.

I’m going to writing or coding all day (which means I better code some Tumblr themes before school starts then).

I’m going to miss spending time with my family and boyfriend without needing to worry about schoolwork.

I’m going to miss eating different food for lunch everyday. When it comes to canteen food, I usually end up eating the same things every day.

I’m going to miss reading non-school-related books. I doubt I’d have the time. I hear Junior year is the most stressful year of them all.

I’m even going to miss the heat that I’d just recently been complaining and ranting about.

Maybe if they released the class lists early for once I would be more excited. Yet, I’m going to have to wait ’til next week to see them, that is if they keep their promise of putting them up by then.

Ahh, I’m never a fan of the end of summer vacation. We start ours in 3 weeks! The thing I love the most is the amount of time I can dedicate to my site and the books I can read.
The good thing about going back is school supply shopping though!! One of the best times of the year personally. So many new things! I always feel so organized…then school actually starts and that goes down the hill…

Aw, I feel bad because as your summer is ending…mine is just beginning! Even when I’m in summer break (like right now) I still wake up pretty early. When there is school i wake up at 5, but during summer I tend to wake up like at 8 or 9. Aww Rugrats…I love that show. :3 I agree with the one about hanging out with your boyfriend and family without having to worry about schoolwork…thats why I love summer break because you can do whatever without having to say “Oh no! I have that assignment I need to do…”

About junior year, it technically should be the most stressful. I would suggest doing all the dirty work in your junior year (scholarships, standardized testing, applications, taking hard difficult courses) that way you can just relax your senior year (I did it the other way around, and it sucked! I wish i had done everything my junior year).

I hate when the school is late on giving out schedules. It’s not a big deal as a senior here because you have first pick over the underclassmen so you are pretty much secured on the classes you chose, but one year, like my sophomore year they didnt have the schedules until the first day of school. it was horrible.

Anyways, enjoy the rest of your vacation :)

We don’t have schedules over here. They just give you a list of classmates, and that’s the class you spend the entire year with, in all your classes. :) We don’t choose too many classes, except maybe if you want to join the orchestra or choir instead of having music class. The whole class just gets the same schedule. I’m just waiting for my list of classmates. :)

It’s funny because my summer is just starting. Well, I’ve basically been living a “summer life” this past semester because I didn’t go to school =/ But now my friends will be out of school and home, so hopefully it’ll be more interesting and fun. Hopefully.

Junior year definitely is the most stressful. At least it was with me. We had all of these standardized tests and a load of work and having to get ready for senior year. Junior year was also my favorite year though, ironically enough.

Me and my sister stay up that late every night anyway xD We usually fall asleep downstairs watching TV and then wake up in the middle of the night and go upstairs.

It’s really weird at first coming to school and expecting to see them and then not. You get used to it, and you make friends with people younger than you… Of course, now I am really good friends with a lot of people younger than me who are all going to graduate and move away to college… so I’m just going to have to go through it again =/ blah.

Thank you.(: I really like your layout, as well. Even if you don’t like doing the whole “creative” thing, I think your site looks really nice and well put together.

I don’t watch them either. I just like to make fun of Paris Hilton. baha xD It is annoying though when a show you don’t like is on but you end up getting engrossed in it and watching it anyway.

Really? Yours is ending? I’m not done with my school year yet! I have two more weeks till I’m off for summer vacation. :|
During the summer, I hope to code a bit more than I usually do, draw, learn how to create (better) CGs, and… (drum roll please) SLEEP. And also relax, of course (all this testing is getting to my head).

After my summer, I’m going into freshman year (technically sophomore because of honors). I, surprisingly, heard that its easier. I can’t wait. XD

I swear- I’m still loving your layout :P! EVERYTHING IS JUST. ADORABLE, SOMEHOW!

I hope you’ll find something awesome to do in the remainder of your vaccation duration :)! Maybe sleeping in is good! Unless– it makes no difference like a fully charged cellphone :C! I hope you’ll get your school supplies together :D! And have your mindset focusing on school and only school :D!

You can still have time to do what you’ll miss :P! But you need to know whats your priority :) !

When the schedule comes, I hope you’ll get the satisfaction of the classes ;D!

All of my layouts look the same :O! Like one way or another. It’s like same thing, but different color. XD! But yeah :/. I don’t know what else to do as a format for my layout D:!

Summer vacation is coming to a close for you?? SERIOUSLY?? My summer vacation starts July 20th or something. o_o Wow, good luck at school!!!

Even during the holidays, I wake up at like 6AM so… lol.

It’s weird how your vacation is pretty much the opposite of ours! You’re on break while everyone else here is still in school and vise versa. Must have been a bit boring as far as online went, wasn’t it? I know even though I wasn’t really blogging much through this spring, I did notice how inactive it was.

Funny thing, when school ends, I tell myself, “I’M SO HAPPY SCHOOL IS OUT!” but within a week or two, I start missing school because I have nothing else better to do. I’ve been on break for about a month now myself; summer school starts soon. Only reason I’m starting so late is because I registered for second half (in college, summer school is divided into half); my class is only for 6 weeks then I’m on vacation for another month until fall classes resume. I can’t tell if I’m lucky or not.

I other news, I love the new layout! I can see you’ve made the header from your last layout your official logo? Nice. (:

Our school starts in July. Too bad your classes start earlier. Just like you, I got used to the summer vacation and I’d probably feel the same way as you now if my classes are about to start.

Good luck with school. Hope you have fun. I’m pretty sure that you’d still get to do some of the things you’ve done during summer vacation. =)

Ah. Another school year starts. I will miss my lazying around this summer too, but I miss school too right now. And I know its only a matter of days since I start saying I miss vacation! HAHA.
